    Can I buy SHOCK GEAR in person?

    Yes! We do pop-up events 1-2 times a month at Culture Shock Dance Center (2nd floor balcony area). For upcoming pop-up dates, follow us on Facebook and Instagram.

    How long does it take to ship my order?

    All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete. Estimated shipping time to your destination can be viewed during the checkout process.

    Can I pick up my order at Culture Shock Dance Center?

    Yes, absolutely! If you live in San Diego and would like the option to pick up your order to save on shipping costs, select "customer pick up" as your shipping method. Your order will be ready in less than 24-48 hours. We'll send you a notification to let you know we've got your gear ready and waiting for you!

    What is your return/exchange policy?

    We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for some reason you need to return or exchange an item contact us at: info(at)cultureshockgear(dot)com or use our contact form.

    Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange:

    • Items marked as final sale.
    • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
    • Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
    • Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
    • Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

    How do your garments fit?

    With the exception of some select garments, most of our products are unisex, meaning they are sized to fit both males and females. We do suggest that women select one size down from their typical size selection for a more fitted look. However, size selection is based off of customer preference.

    The item I want to purchase is out of stock, will you be getting more in stock?

    We update our inventory regularly. Check back or send us an email for the latest inventory status.
